These Subscription Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to all recurring subscription purchases made through Valsara Wellness (the "Site"). By enrolling in a subscription program, you agree to these Terms.

1. Subscription Service Overview

When you enroll in our subscription service, you are signing up for continuous shipments of the selected product(s) at the frequency you choose during checkout.

2. Auto-Renewal and Billing

2.1. Recurring Charges

3.2. Modifications

You can modify your subscription at any time. Modifications include:
Changing the delivery frequency.
Updating your shipping address.
Updating your payment method.
Skipping a delivery.
Swapping products.

4. Cancellation Policy

4.2. Cancellation Timing

Cancellations must be processed at least 5 days before your next scheduled billing date to avoid being charged for the upcoming shipment. If you cancel after your payment has been processed, your cancellation will take effect for the following billing cycle, and you will still receive the currently paid-for shipment.

5. Failed Payments

If your payment method fails, we will notify you and attempt to process the payment again. If the payment continues to fail, your subscription may be paused or canceled until a valid payment method is provided.

6. Returns and Refunds

Subscription orders are subject to our standard Return and Refund Policy. Please refer to our Return Policy for details on how to return items and request refunds.

7. Changes to these Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Subscription Terms at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Site. Your continued participation in the subscription program constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
